For my Final Project i will be creating a Blog that talks about my Journy of how i started my New Healthy Life style and how i moved into the fitness life. Also i will be providing good information about Supplements,Workouts,Meal Plans for both Males and females. In my Blog i will explain some of the secrets that i've used to reach my goal or to be walking on my path to reach my goal. I will share all the knowledge that I learned in the past 2.5 years about the Gym. I'm not an expert but i love the bodybuilding sport and I've dedicated 75 persent of my time and all my free time to increase my knowledge, I've tried a lot of kinds of supplements until i figured out what is the best to use no matter what is your fitness goal is.
